This easy rag strip-quilt goes together fast! Mix and match garments on the clotheslines or pick your favorites to adorn the entire quilt.

Please note: The embellished quilt shown is intended as a wall decoration. Should you wish to add embellishments such as mini-clothespins, safety pins, ribbons etc to your final quilt it should not be given to a child. Quilts for children should never contain small items that could pose a choking hazard.

We stand behind the integrity of our designs when opened in our Embroidery Tool Shed software or sent directly to the machine without opening in other embroidery software programs.

Stipple Baby quilt, wall hanging

I loved the idea of this quilt. The biggest drawback I found was the appliqué stitching. For use as a quilt, I found I had to repeat the appliqué stitching to insure it could withstand several washings. I think a bean or narrow satin stitch designed in the software would have worked better. Also I found that with fcm ( on my scan n cut machine) the designs should be slightly enlarged before cutting to avoid the appliqué stitching falling precisely on the edges and not securing the appliqué fabric. This could have been avoided had a satin stitch been incorporated in the design instead of a straight stitch. I chose to stitch the clothesline and “tie” the clothespins to withstand laundering. This quilt was much more work than I expected but did turn out well finally. My new great-grand baby’s Mom and Dad loved it.

So Glad I Bought This!

I used the Stipple Mania on a quilted wall hanging! Very easy to place design, stitched out wonderfully!! I will be looking at the other designs available in the very near future!!
